| Social issues
The progressive economical-cultural marginalization due to
the loss of part of the territory, after 1945, could have a reversal
of trend by the new activities linked to university, the area revitalizing
and the future geopolitical readjustment.
Functional issues
The development of the university facilities, scanty and
in unsuitable small structures, must functionally fit in with the
existing didactics spaces and the various services present in the
study area (public gym, tennis club, Coronini-Cronberg Villa and
park, museum seat, Cathedral Treasury Museum).
Perceptual issues
To lessen the dispersion of the present university residences
through distinct and different "centralities" by requalifying the
diffused settlement modul, to make it organically more articulated
and by improving its functionality and integration into the urban
context.
