Intention of programme

The complete redesign of the site is supposed. All the actual destinations can be considered to be disused according to the project idea. The site will have to guest a multifunction complex, named "Agorà degli Studenti" with: experimental dwellings for students; residences integrable with the previous ones; a canteen; common spaces computerized with networks (internet, library systems, etc.); outdoor public spaces; spaces for retail trade; underground parking and its terminals on surface including a possible modal interchange between parking and urban centre.
