It includes a level ground to the west limit of the urban
core and the orographic depression below, named "Valletta
del Corno", generated by Corno torrent, aimed to be urban
park, but underused due to its peripheral position and to the dangerous
accessibility of the freeway at two meters over the torrent.
The site includes: the ex-Wholesale Market area, almost totally
owned by Municipality, partially unused and widely interested by
improvement interventions of the existing buildings; the Farmers'
Association with a main building, three appurtenances and a courtyard;
an adjacent square used as a parking.
