In spite of the presence of a residential tissue, the site has no services and public spaces and, at present, it is excluded by the urban logics.

Functional issues

In the context there are industrial activities partially dismissed and partially still active. The residential tissue is quite hybrid and doesn't solve a need of urbanity.

Perceptual issues

Although the presence of important natural elements, such as river Lambro, the industrial activities have prevented this natural resource from improving, while, where it comes out, it appears of large public interest.
