Site

The context includes the southern area of the municipal territory. The limit of the historical centre is characterized by the presence of the railway station acting as a border between two systems: one of expansion of the 60's and the other one of industrial and housing areas along the river Lambro beyond which there is a wide agricultural area with a large farm-house.
The site covers two strategical areas: the first one is the head of the railway system entering the town, the second one is the Fossati & Lamperti old factory, owned by the Municipality.
