Intention of programme

All buildings present in the area can be repaired or demolished to plan facilities for sports, recreational, cultural and social activities.
Starting from the general goal to upgrade river surroundings and to realize the "river park" system, whose program has obtained the URBAN II European funds, several intervention hypotheses are foreseen, such as, preferably: the music town, the municipal garden centre-botanic garden, the dog pound park.
As to housing, it's required to find the model of "house in the park" bound to the different typologies of inhabitants.
