If one side of Via Montereale shows a good quality housing system, in the side where the site is located the lack of public spaces and services doesn't encourage the social aggregation.

Functional Issues

At present, the municipal area is used for warehouses, while barracks are unused and exploited as strip for the helicopter rescue of the near hospital; between the two lots, a small block of two-levels houses, one of which in a state of neglet.

Perceptual Issues

Along Via Montereale the town development is clear: the intensive expansion of the Sixties and the large complexes (hospital and barracks) crosses areas full of one-family houses and villas of the first years of 1900.
