Intention of programme

Being the area a connecting element between the periphery and the beginning of the diffused city, it induces to plan the future development of the town.
In the municipal area it's foreseen the realization of residences, also experimental houses, integrated with the new social and health functions and with new social politics of multiethnic integrations of the site. In the old barracks, the health offices will be moved to, the existing residential building will be repaired and green spaces, as connective element of the whole area, are foreseen. The demolition of each building can be expected.
