The site lays between via Montereale, main road leading from periphery
to the historical center, and the extreme limit of the urban expansion
at North, crossed by the Pontebbana ring road, which once connected
Venice to Austria.
The site is formed by two lots, a municipal area and an old military
district bordered by a boundary wall of buildings now unused. These
two lots are divided by a low traffic road that joins the ring road.
